How to Log in to Print Shop Pro WebDesk and Create an Account

Faculty and Staff Access

• Log in using your official faculty or staff credentials.

• Enter your full institutional email address and corresponding password.

• Complete the required information form.(NEW USERS)

• When student access is restricted, only official employee, staff, or faculty credentials will be accepted.

           The system verifies your institutional role during login. Attempting to register without proper credentials
           —or using student credentials when access is restricted—will result in denied access.

• Once your account is reviewed and activated, you will be able to place orders.

CUNY and Outside Members

• Select the “NON–JOHN JAY ACCOUNT” login option.

• Complete the required information form.

• The system will send you a verification email.

• Once your account is reviewed and activated, you will be able to place orders.
